Teapots
A tea pot can have more than an aesthetic impact on the appreciation of your tea. Unsealed clay teapots from Yixing absorb some of the essence of a tea
every time you use it making tea and over time, develop a character of their own.
The flavour of delicate Japanese green teas is enhanced when brewed in a suitable kyusu (Japanese teapot) and Yixing pots bring out more depth especially from oolongs and pu-erh.
